Refund Policy

Non-refundable services

You acknowledge that the Services purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable. You understand that EXPERTSBIO has no obligation to refund any fees or applicable charges you have paid, either in full or partially, under any circumstances. This includes cases of modifying or extending the duration of the Service, changes to the Service's commencement date, failure to attend or participate in the Service, or changes to the structure or content of the Service.

This applies to all Services purchased through EXPERTSBIO and its brands, including One Crore Coach.

Form of any refund

If a refund is provided, you agree and acknowledge that any refunded amount may be issued either as cash or as a credit (applicable toward the purchase of other Services offered by EXPERTSBIO of equivalent value), solely at the discretion of EXPERTSBIO.
